The international society with its different directions and belongings has the responsibility to protect and preserve children’s rights, their security and peace.

This latter concerns the total security of the future of nation thus, when societies give rights the develop and liver in peace and by contrast when it deprived people from their rights they will never witness or live in security.

Several times we hear about children in streets looking for something to eat smoking and taking drugs, violate and leaving their schools and if we search for the causes and sources of that problems we will find researches and studies showing only the causes of problems which are wars between countries, colonization, corruption and violation of human rights and here we ask the question where are the organizations?
