Algerian political strategy has achieved, through various electoral dates, social and institutional stability and the return of civil peace.

At this stage, sustainable economic development was promoted, and judged mildly in comfortabl economic, political and social conditions, which had a positive impact in improving the level of human development.

This is so because the whole indicators and figures contained in the Human Development Reports of the United Nations show that Algeria has developed in various areas of human development in the period between 2000 and 2011.
