Abstract EN

Many economists and administrators focused on the failure of all the public and industrial companies in Algeria because of the non mastery of the modern administration model .

Many experts reports showed that the different ways of administration were defective: weak the industrial graft, even the necessity of a" cultural" adjustment.

In This study we use a method taking in consideration the Algerian cultural specificities we would like to show through an investigation done in an Algerians public society.
