Abstract EN

The concept of international criminal justice, had been established after many attempts, especially after World War II, where crimes were committed against individuals and vulnerable groups, wich led to prosecute persons whom are responsible for those crimes, and the same thing for all the temporary international and mixed courts.

But when the international criminal court was founded, most of international crimes were defined, in order to put an end to impunity for the perpetrators of these crimes in its territories, and thus to contribute to the prevention of such crimes in the future.
