moreover, it wished to dominate other parts of colonies as a result it focused its political objective on the red sea and the african east where it colonized iretiria, italian somaly and ethiopia,in 1896, italy had a great failure through adoua war when it started to change its direction through colonizing lybia.

By the end of the second othman reign the lybian society was so poor and weak concerning the military side especially after the failure of the turkich failure and their short time of reign besides the spread of poverty and disease as cholera ,in 1908 , the unifiers ruled the othman country as a result there was a great misundersting between the othman governers and the lybians despite the confidence that was between the sounousia and othmans in berka.

Later italy engaged in meetings and negociations with the european countries.

It was first done with german and austria in 1882 against France and russia.later it established a meeting with great britain in 1883 concerning its tasks in egypt then the british helpful in lybia for italy.

italy succeeded to get a political agreement from the austria government concerning the lybian colonist.

In addition, italy encouraged France to colonize tunisia then it pointed a meeting withs France in 1902, to agree for dominatig marakash as a new french colony,later , italy engaged a secrat meeting with russia to ask for opening the bosfore ana derdanile rivers for its boats, russia promussed to do the best for italy,after all these friendly and helpful meetings, italy started to rule and to govern the lybian land where it built religions schools, it sent scientific reseanchers for drauwig maps and to send people to collect information about citizens and their relationship with gouvernment, it also built a seaside line between italy and lybia and it established small banks from ( roma bank) in lybian towns inorder to dominate the othen parts of lybia.

After the hard work, italy became strong and powerful politically , economically and culturaly.

As a result , it confirmed war in lybia in 1911 on september.
