No one would have expected that Cópolani Xavier, a simple Corsican child born in the poor village of Marignana in 1966, who emigrated with his family to Algeria at age 10, would write a page of French colonialism in Africa, through his work and colonial achievements in Algeria and then in Mauritania, who is in the Algerian school where he learns the Arabic language in Sidi Marouan region of the province of Constantine .
