Every time, there is a big role of scientists in their messages to reform bad Retinue and courtiers .

During First Abbasside Era , many reform messages were given to Caliphs from Scientists and Experts of Policy and Society.

Showing the Importance of good Retinue around The Caliph .Like : « RESALT EL -SAHABA » for IBN AL-MUKAFA , to El-Mansour.

And the message of ELANbari to El-Mahdi , and the message of Imam Malik to El- Rachid …etc.
