The purpose study was aimed to present the evolution of the budget deficits in Algeria during the period of 2000-2016, We have reached that, the continuing rise of public expenditure and the decline of its funding sources are the most important factors increasing the deficit ; In front of this situation, must Algeria to sustained its budget financing, through the rationalization of the public expenditure, and by searching for the alternative sources of financing without oil revenues, through diversifying sources of national income,and the diversification of the production base and activating the mechanisms of the market in various forms.
