Abstract EN

The purpose of this research paper is to study the status of the accommodation and feeding branch in the national economic accounts in Algeria during the period 2000-2015, by studying the development of the most important macro indicators related to this productive activity, starting from the share of value added in raw production, then its breakdown in the to a production - related taxes paid to general government, and remuneration paid to households, and then the gross surplus of exploitation, which represents the amount received by the producer agent and which will be used to cover other non-production costs and to finance the various accumulation operations, and we will do comparisons with the figures recorded in other productive sectors, service-producing sectors and non-hydrocarbon productive sectors, and this study will be finalized by some results and recommendations.
