Abstract EN

Job stress is considered as one of the phenomena that have produced many negative aspects and problems on all levels، whether at the individual or institutional level.

It has affected the performance of the worker، his relations with his colleagues and superiors، and even on his mental and physical health.

Which reflected directly on the performance of the organization، and their ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions and to ensure the survival and continuity.

These reasons prompted us to learn about the appearance and aggravation of occupational stress in a society that lives in a world based on advanced technology and speed، and to identify the most important sources and their effects in the workplace، in order to identify the appropriate skills and means of adaptation، enabling individuals to behave positively against the professional pressures.
