Abstract EN

The Tunisian and Moroccan people had been influenced by the Algerian revolution since its early years, the political leadership of the mentioned countries (Tunisia and Morocco), worked to find a peaceful solution to the Algerian cause.

They did their best to see algerian free because they were convinced that Algeria is the heart of the Maghreb, to archive their objectives they proceeded and set mechanisms for that.

1- Direct bilateral contacts between the two leaderships politicians and ministers ambassadors ...

etc.

2- Try to include French officials in the conflit by using a different ways, especially political ones as the official visites of (Bourguiba and Mohamed 5) to France many times .

3- Intercalation of the FLN delegation in most conversations.

4- Seminars and conferences, including: Tunis Conference 1958 and Tangier’s in April 1958, and Conference of Mahdia June 1958.

In conclusion :in spite of the failure that touched many of the initiatives and efforts , as a result of a collision with the French rejection, it could be argued that they worked seriously to find a peaceful solution and they succeded in inciting the internal and external public opinion, and provided everything in their power to support the political leaders of the Algerian Liberation Front, which enabled it to occupy a position at the international level and impose themselves in many international occasions through the attendance and advertising to the revolution.
