For Fanon Frantz and Marcuse Herbert the dependence is not an external phenomena as it was psychological, in the present essay, we try to study this dimension in the works of this tow thinkers.

Fanon critiqued the African society under the colonial sstem and consider the decolonization as a violent phenomena it changes outright nature of a new emerging society, the decolonization gave birth to a new history of the African man.

Marcuse criticized the European society which has lost the critical imension, and reduced to the one –dimensional consumer society.

The necessity of bigining a new history of the new man for THE THIRD WORLD and EUROPE.

FANON: try to discover the man behind the new colonialism, he tries to invent a new history of African society.

MARCUSE: seeks genuine European man, he wants to reinstall the rational and critical dimension What European man lost since the technology development that resulted in the installation of totalitarian systems.
