This article deals with the major axes of Imam Abdelhamid Ben Badis approach in the reform and the renewal done in Algeria during the French colonial period.
This case had largely demonstrated, the exact reality of Algeria and the Muslim reality too, and also the two most important phenomena which are the underdevelopment and the colonialism.
The reform’s and the renewal’s objectives concerns the return from the -A- reference to B which are the assets of the nation by retaining the personal elements of Algeria.
This present research aims to benefit from Ibn Badis experience in the reform and in the renewal of our contemporary life.

La jurisprudence de la réalité et son importance dans le processus de changement d’après l'Imam Abdelhamid Ben Badis.
L'article traite de l'étude des grands axes de l'approche de l'Imam Abdelhamid Ben Badis dans la réforme et le renouvellement effectués en Algérie durant la période coloniale française.
Ceux- ci ont bénéficié d'une large jurisprudence relative à la réalité exacte de l’Algérie et du vécu des musulmans, à coté de deux importants phénomènes à savoir : le sousdéveloppement et le colonialisme.
Les objectifs de la réforme et de renouvellement est de revenir à la référence Aqui est l'actif de la nation.
B - en conservant les éléments personnels de l’Algérie.
La recherche vise à libérer la possibilité de tirer profit de l'expérience d’Ibn Badis dans la réforme et le renouvellement de notre vie contemporaine.
