Abstract EN

The study of the culture and organisational effectiveness of the Algerian Football and Handball Federation and thus its role in the development of high level sport is a representation of a philosophical approach on the importance of administrative organisation of federations and its importance in high level sport This is carried out through the infusion of what is administrative with what is athletic/physical activity via the training of high level elite that learns from its success a culture and effectiveness at the level of sport federations On the one hand it is based on a multidimensional outlook; social economic and political but on the other hand it is the building up of a high level sport that sets the background for two fundamental goals: an elitist competitive sport and a sport of economic character whereby this latter can not exist except through an organizational culture and administrative effectiveness which decision makers possess.
