In this article, we attempt to return on mechanisms, the steps and the tools that facilitate decision making in the company.

L’entreprise est une structure socialement organisée, son fonctionnement ne dépend pas uniquement des moyens matériels, mais aussi des actions managériales, dont le processus de la prise de décision représente un element essentiel.
Dans le présent article, nous tentons de revenir sur les mécanismes, les étapes, ainsi que les outils qui facilitent la prise de décision dans l’entreprise.
