The current study attempts to uncover the relationship between the administrative leadership of the sports club on the one hand and its cohesion on the other hand through the work played by the administrative leader and his quest to provide suitable working conditions ,whether material and moral for all members of the club administrators ,technical staff and players, The club is surrounded during the seasons of the season to enhance the factors of success and achieve the common goals of the members of the sports club.
