The study included 96 players representing four (04) football clubs out of (264) player Which represents one of the ten (11) Football Club The middle class wilaya Médéa, A total society for the study.

We have concluded the following: Social factors surrounding the player is confined to the educational level and geographic location or the environment, Beliefs, as well as food, travel and mobility of the environment to another environment violate them in many health habits and food traditions, These various points as possible to contribute to the development of health and nutritional behavior among players.

Player's character and mental state have a close relationship with food and health behavior has followed.The economic situation for the player directly affect the food and health behavior.
