Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة إثر مرونة التصنيع كمتغير مستقل من خلال مرونة المسار مرونة التعامل مع المواد، مرونة المزيج ومرونة الآلات على الأداء المنظمة كمتغير تابع من خلال (نمو المبيعات الحصة السوقية رضا الزبون و التجديد و الابداع).
تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في معمل طوب المناصير و البالغ عددهم (250) فردا.
أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت (125) فردا من العاملين في معمل طوب المناصير الذين تم اختبارهم بطريقة عشوائية.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الكمي (الوصفي التحليلي) من خلال العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها وجود تأثير المرونة التصنيع بأبعادها في الأداء داء المنظمي، و وجود تأثير لمرونة التعامل مع المواد ومرونة الآلات في نمو المبيعات و الحصة السوقية ورضا الزبون، وأخيرا، وجود تأثير المرونة الآلات و مرونة التوجيه في التجديد و الابداع.
و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالتركيز على مؤشرات الأداء المنظمي في المعمل المبحوث و زيادة الاهتمام بمؤشر الحصة السوقية عن طريق ارضاء الزبون و تحقيق متطلباته
English Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the effect of Manufacturing Flexibility on Organizational Performance in Business Organization in Al - Manaseer Jordanian Group Concrete factory.
The study population included of all employees working in Al - Manaseer Jordanian Group Concrete factory totaling (250).
The study sample consisted of (125) Individual working in Al - Manaseer Jordanian Group Concrete factory whom were randomly selected.
To achieve the study objectives the study used quantitative (descriptive analytical method) through many statistical tools, most notably multiple regression analysis.
The study reached a number of results namely: there is a significant effect of Manufacturing Flexibility on Organizational Performance at Business Organization in Al - Manaseer Jordanian Group Concrete factory, there is a significant effect of Manufacturing Flexibility (material handling Flexibility and machines Flexibility) on sales growth, market share and customer satisfaction.
There is a significant effect of Manufacturing Flexibility (machines Flexibility and routing Flexibility) on renewal and innovation.
In light of the results, the study recommends that focusing on the organizational performance indicators in Al - Manaseer Jordanian Group Concrete factory, as well as, increasing the interest in the market share indicator through satisfying the customer and fulfilling its requirements
