The purpose of this intervention is to shed light on the theory of doubt and its foundations by the Arab thinker and writer Taha Hussein, which he dealt with in his book "In the Pre-Islamic Literature".

Taha Hussein apparently benefited from the principle of skepticism and its principles.

In his book, Taha Hussein dealt with the issue of doubt in the pre-Islamic literature through his exposure to several issues such as plagiarism and scientific thefts.

He also acknowledged that the name of pre-Islamic poetry is not relate for that period, but is impersonated after the emergence of Islam.
