Arabic Abstract
هذه الدراسة البحثية تعرضت لنظام إدارة الدعوى المدنية في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية ومدى تحقيقها للأهداف التي انشات من أجلها ، وهل شهدت تطوراً في الاجراءات منذ بدء العمل بها ، وهذا ما سأتناوله في بحثي هذا حيث سأقوم بالحديث عن التعريف بإدارة الدعوى المدنية ونشأتها تم سأعرج على بيان اجراءاتها نظرياً وكيف يتم تطبيق هذه الاجراءات من الناحية العملية في المحاكم ثم سأستعرض اهداف إدارة الدعوى المدنية ومدى تحقيق نظام ادارة الدعوى لأهدافه وغاباته التي انشئ من اجلها وسأختم دراستي بالنتائج والتوصيات سائلة المولى عز وجل أن يرشدني إلى الصواب ويوفقني في بحثي للوصول لنقاط واقتراحات تساعد في سد الخلل في تطبيق نظام ادارة الدعوى المدنية والله ولي التوفيق.
English Abstract
This research study addresses civil action management in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the extent to which the system followed in this regard achieves the objectives for which it is established.
It further investigates whether or not procedures have been developed since enforced.
Chapter I of this Study defines civil action management and traces back its beginnings.
An overview of its procedures in terms of theory is then presented, followed by an explanation of how these procedures are practically applied in courts.
Chapter II addresses the objectives of civil action management and to what extent has the system followed in this regard succeeded in achieving the goals and objectives for which it has been established.
The Study is concluded by a set of findings and recommendations drawn based on the research.
I beseech Allah Almighty to guide me to the right path and help me in this research to be able to propose points and recommendations that should bridge the gap in the application of the civil action management system.
