Abstract EN

When wars are waged, dealing with blood and properties vary; and even values may change completely.

All that remains is the obsession with victory or defeat.

This has led me to track the view of Islam and how Islam values the status of blood and property, safeguards human rights in war, and how it has instructed its followers to control self and emotions.

Hence, the title of this research is: (Islamic View of Human Rights during War).

The importance of this study lies in the fact that it discusses an important war issue, namely caring for human rights during the outbreak of wars.

This research issue is often absent from jihad of books their in attention researchers’ and human rights.

This research aspires to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of which are: 1- Highlighting the Islamic view of peace and justice during war.

2 - Highlighting the uniqueness of the war ethics in the Islamic view compared to non Islamic views 3 - Highlighting the Islamic precedence in maintaining the safety of civilians and civil infrastructure during war The most significant results of the study include: 1.

The philosophy of war in Islam is based on the fact that it is a means of achieving lasting peace.

War is based on the principle of “necessity”.

Islam has maintained life in the war by narrowing its range, narrowing the circle of those targeted, searching for peace in war, tackling its effects, and concern about the right of religion and belief.

4 - Islam is very keen on narrowing financial dealings between people during war to a large extent.

Private and public properties are not wasted.

They rather remain respected and appreciate.
