Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of reengineering business process on job performance in Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan, through identifying the impact and relation of some influential factors on reengineering, these factors include: rebuilding of the organizational structures, level of technology and communications.

The study sample consisted of managers, heads of department and staff in Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan and its branches.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, besides relying on the questionnaire for data collection.

The study main results include: the adoption of reengineering method directly affect the standards and performance levels, also it helps to modify the standards of job assessment.

Moreover, the organizational structures help to define contacts between superiors and subordinates.

The study main recommendations call for enhancing and strengthening the concept of business processes reengineering for bank employees, as well as reviewing the performance annually to achieve the continuous improvement, leading to high quality achievement.

Furthermore, to revise the bank organizational structure periodically, as well as activating the reengineering process.
