Abstract EN

This study aimed at evaluating the use of quantitative methods in managerial decision making with regards to electricity sector in Sudan.

The research model and hypotheses were developed depending on the literature review; also the study measurement of the variables had been developed from previous studies.

A purposive sampling had been adopted due to the nature of the study, whereas a questionnaire had been designed for data collection; out of 186 distributed questionnaire, 158 had been retrieved, which represent (84.9%) of response rate.

The study results show the existence of a relationship between the usage of quantitative method and managerial decisions making.
