Le changement au niveau des postes de responsabilité et de gestion est un acte normal et, dans tous les cas la continuité doit être l’objectif principal .
Nous remarquant que la majorité des responsables - notamment dans les pays du tière monde - optent pour le changement de méthodes et de manières de gérer dans l’intention d ’effacer le précédent .
Un phénomène qui bloque le développement et casse le rythme d’avancement .
