The alimony is one of the effects of divorce and a debt that falls on the spouse that the judge rules for the benefit of the divorced woman and her children, however its recovery is dammed by several obstacles or an abstention of payment by the husband or his difficulty, the lack of knowledge of his residence.
So the woman and her children face difficulties in obtaining this right which must be paid in time to meet their needs and necessities of daily life, which pushes the wife often to begging.
The thing that pushed the Algerian legislator to remedy this problem by developing a new system to protect the woman guardian of children and the guarded child and to ensure a decent life for him and for the woman who keeps him through the promulgation of the Law of the Alimony Fund N ° 01-15, which aims to ensure social stability by solving the material obstacles that hinder the daily life of the divorced woman and her children.

be sur l’époux que le juge statue au profit de la femme divorcée et ses enfants, cependant son recouvrement est entravé par plusieurs obstacles soit une abstention de payement par l’époux ou sa difficulté, soit le manque de connaissance de sa résidence.
Donc la femme et ses enfants supportent des difficultés pour obtenir ce droit qui doit être payé à temps pour répondre à leurs besoins et nécessités de la vie quotidienne, ce qui pousse l’épouse souvent à la mendicité.
La chose qui a poussé le législateur algérien à remédier à ce problème en mettant au point un nouveau système pour protéger la femme gardienne d’enfants et l’enfant gardé et pour assurer une vie décente pour lui et pour le femme qui le garde à travers la promulgation de la loi de la caisse de la pension alimentaire N° 01-15 qui vise à assurer la stabilité sociale en résolvant les obstacles matériels qui entravent la vie quotidienne de la femme divorcée et ses enfants.
