English Abstract

The process of teaching and iearning the arabic language can be successful if it is based on strict theoratical and practical principals.

Linguistcs theories was the source of the arabic didactic because it provided it with all the lingustic updates٫ that´s why i twas considered as a reference for the didactic.

The time didactic relied on what the transformational generative theory arrived to٫ i twas obliged to give ore interest to the communicative competency that focus on speech and its users which made in its turn the teaching and learning more reliable and effective٫ because this way it meets bases of the new cempetency approach.
