Abstract EN

This study tackles the issue of Arabic language and it's spreading in Africa، west region in particular، moreover، its impact on local culture and language as in Fulani present situation.

It also clarifies that spread of Islam played crucial role in existence and spread of Arabic language in wide range as well as its impact on Fulani language، in which Fulani language borrows some words from Arabic language، evidently this can be found in the words that relate with time، days and months، Business dealings as well.

The study concludes that: words interaction in Arabic and Fulani languages is a result of spreading and existence of Islam in the west region of Africa، Even though religion helps Fulani to borrow some Arabic words and sounds، except that phenomenon of lingual borrowing is included all social and economic day life of Fulanis، not only inclusive to worship and holy Qur'an words.
