Abstract EN

The cruise of kinetic paramount importance to the performance of the motor and a distinctive fact of skill and is considerd a bench mark in evahuating the technical performance level for the players of national team and we can enhance the good performance .The problem of the research , most of the players need to do the skill precisely in the right place and do it correctly .

The players need to give enough time to de trained and emphasis on performance details to know the skill and using the subjective evaluation to treat the dynamic problems through the analyses the flow of the stages of performing evaluation .

The aim of the research is the evaluating and knowledge the rate of the flow performing with function (speed-time) in jump spike in back area in volleyball .

The assumption of the research , there is a suitable flow on the sample .

The results of the research is that , some of the sample miss amount of the acquired speed from approach and affect on the flying and hit the ball .The researcher has recommended : the emphasis on using the dynamic flow as an evaluating tool to know the level of skillful performance.
