English Abstract

As is well known that the Protestant Church is the church that emerged in Europe after splitting the Old Catholic Church, after the Reformation on the Continent at the beginning of the first decade of the sixteenth century, and took that name by the efforts of a number of reformers, as Martin Luther Martin Luther, which it became known the Protestants, to describe the followers of Luther or evangelicals, in the second of the Imperial Council, which was held at Spire in march in 1529, and to consider the case of the Empire after the spread of Lutheran.

Ran back down from what was reached in 1526, and was adopted decisions and Worms Conference in 1521, the need to suppress the Lutherans and the abolition of freedom granted to the princes Germans, which came at the Spire Conference in 1526.

The princes announced their rejection of those decisions, and they're Protest, Hence Lutherans fired on themselves Protestants name, a label that has dogged all the difference for dissident Catholic.

The study deals with early attempts to consolidate the Protestant Church in the colonies of North America, beginning from Anglican in the south, which announced of its founding later an official church in Virginia and other settlements, and the benediction with financial support and taxation, it represents the mother country church, and alongside the parish church in the colonies New England, down to the rest of the communities or sect like quakers, Baptists , Presbyterians, and the nature of the relationship that has developed between these various religious sects which came to these colonies.

The paper also addresses how it evolved Church Foundation in a different circumstances from what prevailed in Europe and England.

In a time when churches Anglicanism in the south and the congressional in the north, enjoy the attention and care of the civilian authority, it initiated laws to protect them and funded for a long time, has suffered a lot of other objectionable Protestant denominations, as well as Catholics and Jews from religious prejudice as a result of differences in doctrine and warned historic inherited.

But the influence of several factors that relationship began to take a more specific character, and it was for the English Parliament in the crucial periods of the role of the mitigation of that dispute, and even freeze many criminal sanctions in force in England colonies of America.

The outbreak of the war of independence from the motherland usher in a significant shift in the attitude of these churches from the national issue first, and then the historical ties with the rest of the teams, which took demanding more concessions like the Episcopal diocese and the abolition of financial contributions and legislation to their advantage.
