English Abstract

The Fatimid state of the Islamic Maghreb was established in 297 AH / 909 AD after it gained its influence there thanks to the early preachers and the followers.

The great victories came from Kairouan as its capital.

The Fatimid state attacked its enemies strongly and dealt with the people of the society with some fear because they differed morally with the people of Morocco.

After years of calamity of souls and the tranquility of society and understanding of the Fatimid rulers of social and political conditions, which led them to open the debate and debates in the presence of the ruler, and the purpose was to show the legal sciences and the development of modern provisions that serve the state and society until their departure to Egypt in the year ( 309 AH / 1001 CE), whose state was stable in Cairo.
