It is also known that there is no education without a self-interest or a general goal, The state does not spend a lot of money on education without achieving its general goals that guide and contribute to the development of the individual and society, At the same time, that education should establish human, civilizational and moral values that prepare the individual Secondly, education is described as a double-edged sword, which can itself pose a danger if it is fueled as a tool for violence, hatred and rejection of the other.
Education should be an essential means for the development of human personality and Promotes respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms And a factor in the development of understanding, tolerance and friendship among all peoples.
Access to education is not only about education but about its content and content, There are goals to be achieved from the educational process.
As the German jurist Timothy Leary said, "The purpose of education is not only to know the facts but also to know the values , And if the purpose of education is to score good grades in examinations, we lost sight of the real cause of education.
The study aimed to know the objectives of the educational process according to the perspective of international law by analyzing the international agreements relating to human rights and focusing on the right of education and its basic objectives which all countries must strive to achieve.
