English Abstract

One of the most important things that a Muslim should be aware of in life is the enemy who lurks with him and his religion from every side and tries to break it down to eradicate it and extract its faith from the reality of his life.

This enemy appears in many different forms, including orientalists.Orientalism is a contemporary term used by intellectuals to transform many Western ideas into Muslim countries.

Orientalists have methods of transmitting Western ideas through their study of the civilization of the Muslims, their languages, cultures, etc.

Some orientalists aim at rupturing Muslim unity and culture among other cultures.

Orientalist methodology of expression in all areas that they want to reach through the religious or moral or social orientation, and Orientalism came as an assistant to the occupation and paved the way for him politically and religiously, economic ambitions that contributed to the consolidation of Western thought of The study of Islamic Jurisprudence gives the orientalists an opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the Islamic societies of old and recent times.
