The titration of antibodies allows to estimate their concentration and to follow the evolution of the title during pregnancy.
The reference technique of the titration is indirect Coombs in tube, in salt environment with red blood cells not treated by enzymes.
But the method used for antibody identification is the one in gel card with low ionic strength solution.
We compared the results of the titration of anti-RH1 with indirect Coombs of frozen samples by using: tube and gel card.
The titration of anti-RH1 was realized on 59 serum samples of 54 women RH1 having anti-RH1.
The titles were higher by the technique with gel card with a number of dilutions varying from 1 to 6.
Only anti-RH1 antibodies of title equal or upper to 1/32 in gel card were titled in tube with titles lower than in gel card.

Le titrage des anticorps permet d’estimer la concentration de l’Ac et de surveiller l'évolution du titre au cours de la grossesse.
La technique de référence du titrage est le Coombs indirect en tube, en milieu salin avec des hématies non traitées par les enzymes.
Mais la technique actuellement utilisée pour l’identification des anticorps est la technique en carte en gel en milieu à basse force ionique.
Pour cela, nous nous sommes proposés de comparer les résultats du titrage de l’Ac anti-RH1 en Coombs indirect sur en utilisant deux supports : tube et carte en gel.
Le titrage de l’anti-RH1 a été réalisé sur 59 échantillons sériques de 54 femmes RH:-1 chez lesquelles nous avons identifié un anti-RH1.
Les titres ont été plus élevés par la technique en gel avec un nombre de dilution d’écart variant de 1 à 6.
Seuls les anti-RH1 de titre égal ou supérieur à 1/32 en gel, ont été titrés en tube avec des titres plus bas qu’en gel.
