Abstract EN

The researcher has examined the grammatical phenomenon in Qur'anic Suras' context going far beyond sentences and individual structures, simply because the Qur'anic text has a linguistic context related to Suras' construction which then forms meaning by its various structures used in the whole Suras' verses.

The researcher has investigated four grammatical phenomena: foregrounding and backgrounding, emphasis, deletion, and causation.

Each of these phenomena has varieties which have been analysed, compared and contrasted, and explained to expose the kind of relations between them.

As a result, it has become clear that grammatical phenomena play an essential role in constructing meaning ; such phenomena require more investigations to disclose its rules in all Qur'anic Suras, for these phenomena lead to meaning production deeply and more clearly by the manipulation of such grammatical varieties which work together in producing meaning.

In the end, this study attempts to shed light on these phenomenal grammatical relations in Qur'anic grammatical lessons to further investigate and research on this topic to find out its scope and manifestations.
