Abstract EN

The theoretical problem study attracted the seacity and modernity of the studies that deal with variables combination of sustainable competitive advantage and its achievement mechanism through focusing upon stimulating innovation capabilities and the ways of storing it in a transformational leaders behavior , while the practical framework of the problem secondly based upon the need necessities to straighten the sustainable competitive advantage and absorb its influences in terms of harmony between those creative abilities ,and make it a context in transformational leader behavior which represented in a sample composed of ( 56 ) faculty members in (2 ) of private colleges in the Dohuk province .

The importance of this research is derived from the value of the scientific output of teaching faculty in accordance with the concentration of creative feature required by the specificity of this sector values.

And the need to ensure continuity in the flow of benefits derived from the harmony of creative abilities and characteristics of transformational leadership to ensure sustainability requirements in private advantages, as one of the challenges faced by community colleges in exchange for government colleges in such environmental conditions
