Abstract EN

This paper provides a one of the view of the monetary approaches and models used in the reform of the structural imbalances faced by economics of developing countries, namely the monetary of economic reform, which is also known as the monetary approach model of Pollack.

It also tested the applicability of the validity of the dynamic model by applying the model to Argentina, which is one of the countries that used the economic reform programs provided by the IMF and the World Bank.

The test results showed the applicability and validity of the dynamic system of the model, this result consistent with the transformation carried out by the International Monetary Fund to adopt the approach monetary (Monetary model of Pollack) as a basis for reform programs submitted by him rather than Keynesian (approach model), which was the basis based onto it Fund programs.
