توظيف أنموذج Y في تشخيص الفجوة الاستراتيجية : دراسة استطلاعية في مستشفى الخنساء التعليمي بمدينة الموصل

Abstract EN

This study seeks to use the Y Model in diagnosing the strategic gap in Al-Khansaa Teaching Hospital in Mosul city, according the point of views of managers, employeur and customer.

The study adopted a descriptive-Analytic method.

The problem of the study is about the questions: Are there any strategic gap in the hospital according to Y model?The study used checklist to collect data, by (10) paragraphs for management, (15) paragraphs for workers and (15) paragraphs for customer.

The analysis by using (SPSS) program, and using frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation for describes the study dimensions and used the t-test, 1 sample to test its hypothesis about the determination of strategic gap size.

The study concluded some results and conclusions, the important one of them is: the researched hospital suffer from some strategic gaps according to Y models.

The study proposed some suggestions that can be sues in filling the strategic gaps in the researched hospital.
