This research includes a statement of the judgment of what is uncommon, in contrary to what is common.

This can be done by defining research terms, and uncommonsections; its restrictions and its provisions, and to differentiate between it and what is uncommon.

Also, by collecting the implied rules and controls of both of them from books of assets.

As in this research, I have collected a couple of twenty-compiled applications for what is uncommon, whether it is familiar or neglected, dependent or independent in judgment, in order to push away any conflict by confirming that every common or absolute judgment is restricted by certain specifications which can exile some of its members out of its Legitimate rule.
