Abstract EN

Studying the jurisprudence of calamity (Nawazil-Figh) for Muslims who are living in the West gives a clear image about how comprehensive and flexible Islamic doctrine and laws are, and how they are suitable for every time, place and situation .Thus, the provisions of Purity and Friday sermon (Khutba), buildings of mosques from illegal money gains, and the share of those who entered Islam but are not completely believers, all these acts and the likes are very clear.

However, there are affairs that appeared recently and did not exist before which make them very important to be studied to illustrate their rules following regulations that are accepted among Muslim scholars (sheikhs).

One of the most important considerations is that no difficulties are imposed by Islam.

This research concludes that the different opinions of scholars (sheikhs) and the diversity of their understanding, no obligating for Muslims to follow one opinion, nor to adhere to just one docrine has a significant effect in simplifying things for Muslims by choosing the appropriate decision for a particular incident as per Islamic regulations, away from intolerance and excessive leniency of Islamic provision in case no obligation to do so.
