Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on a new old issue, which is citation from the hadith in Arabic syntax and Arabic language.

This paper discusses the position of the Hadith in Arabic language, and presents the important views which support citing Hadith in Arabic syntax, and the views against that, by presenting their arguments in the ancient and modern era, then we move to the middle views in this issue, that put conditions in the citation from the Hadith in Arabic syntax, with absolute agreement about the eloquence of prophet Mohamed, peace be upon him.

The citation from the hadith in Arabic language is importanttopic which creates disagreement among the scholars in this field in ancient and modern times.In the end comes the conclusion which contains the foundation of this study and recommendations for further studies
