This study sheds light on the various usages of the term “theology”, and then elaborates on this discipline in Christianity with reference to some correlated matters in other religions.

The Irish theologian Alister McGrath’s essay entitled “Has Science Killed God?” represents a theological and philosophical debate of Dawkins’s ideas and poses questions concerning his intellectual rationality and the grounds of his elucidations.

As the writer states, it is clear that Dawkins’s atheism is firmly connected to his obstructed knowledge and ideology, and that he lacks the basic evidence to be a defender of scientific methodology.
