The current study deals with Analyzing The Effects & Correlation Betweentotal quality management practices and competitive industrial companies indicators, The study was launched from a research problem was the endeavor of Iraqi companies in general and the company's subject of the study in particular to the application of total quality management in order to enhance the competitiveness of companies and other indicators towards competition.

The study has sought to achieve a set of goals, including : - To identify the level of the company's application to study the subject of Total Quality Management.

- Identify the most important indicators of the company subject of the study to enhance the their competitiveness.
