The present study included isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Basrah soils .
six isolates obtained from Basrah soils .
The results appeared resistance for Ampicillin(10 μg), Nitrofurantion(300μg), Chloramphenicol (30μg) were as 100% whereas sensitive to Norfloxacin (10μg).
Detection of oprL in P.aeruginosa by BCR technology, that has important and potential role in Ampicillin resistant as molecular weight 504bp
