The role of trade unions and closely linked to the political regime that exists and the extent of political and trade union freedoms in its framework and it is from this point that the strength or weakness of trade unions is determined.

That is why, through this article, we’ll highlight the analysis of themethods of the power used in the perpetration of repeated violations and demands placed on the practice of freedom of association from the constitution of 23 February 1989 amended and supplemented and the constitutional amendment of 28 November 1997 as well as Act n 90/14 of 2 June 1990, as amended and supplemented, governing the exercise of the right to organize modalities.
