The training has an important place in the development process and the evolution of human resources, the human being is the focus of all civilization and the essential element in achieving any progress or prosperity.

Investment in training is a lucrative investment act that yields profit, gains and interest to individuals and public and private institutions, and we can measure it as it is represented in the form of: Revenue Increase, profits and productivity, minimize the failure rate of equipment and tools and industrial accidents.

Moreover, there are interests that cannot be quantified and are as follows: boost morale and strengthen the individuals’ self-confidence as well as to strengthen their satisfaction of their performance in work and increase their career development opportunities.

The performance evaluation of this investment in the training was a difficult issue for many years because it represents on the one first hand, the estimate of the financial interest reported to the institution in a specific period during which the investment in the training took place, and on the other hand, it is an interpretation and processing of investment results in financial figures and there is a revenue that cannot be quantified and the results cannot be represented in figures.

Notwithstanding the existence of many investment in the training performance evaluation methods and the variety of methods that deal with the training assessment and aim to determine the impact and benefits of training programs for participants and their facilities, but there is not a conventional method; this is why the research is ongoing to find a framework that encompasses all methods and determines the impact of training in generalizing the interest for individuals and institutions.
