Abstract EN

The task of promoting and protecting human rights is not only given to the United Nations and its principal bodies, but is shared by other actors.

Among these actors came the national institutions that are entrusted to carry out this task as the Principles of Paris of 1993 illustrate.

So, this study will, extensively, deal with the national institutions as one of the, supposedly, main mechanisms to promote and/or protect and implement the international norms related to human rights.
