Our scientific paper examines the problematic of the term in the Algerian academic code, especially the term "female literature", which has become known for its widespread practice and practical uses, Because of the different and multiple translations of this term, where we find that there is a category that gives these terms: women's literature, And we will try to investigate the extent of the commitment of Algerian academic researchers, with the lens of the study on the narrow circle of employment, namely the University of Mouloud Mammari, And the extent to which the academic researcher in this university is committed to a unified term in his studies and academic scientific research.
