Abstract EN

The study aims to assess the reality of the Master of Educational Administration programs at the Palestinian universities from the perspective of students.

To achieve this goal, the researcher used a questionnaire that consisted of (49 item) and two structural questions which were distributed on seven areas.

The study population consisted of students enrolled in the academic program in the following universities: Jerusalem, Bir Zeit and Al_Najah.

The number is (108) students.

The researcher used the statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Spss) To analyze the data.

The results of the study showed the clarity of the goals of the academic program, the use of varied assessment methods, the presence of logical coherence in the courses of the academic program, clarity of the key requirements necessary for graduation, provisions of opportunities opportunity for students to talk about their experiences, providing a computer service to search for information needed by the students and developing a spirit of cooperation and working among the students of the program.

The results of the study showed that the most important strengths in the program are that students learn the methods of scientific research, and that learn the skill of writing scientific research quantitative and qualitative theses, criticizing universities theses, and helping to solve educational problems.

And it also showed that the most important proposals to develop a program of educational administration are working to provide references in Arabic and processing of all halls and computer monitors.
