The Financial Indicators is the most important instruments of financial analysis and simplest, it helps to read and understand the financial statement for the purpose of know the financial situation of the company and the level of cash and profitability.

Them, as it measures how efficient management in generating sales of assets and assess their ability to meet their obligations, as well as to clarify the company's ability to generate profits from sales or from money invested and optimizing the exploitation of resources in order to achieving the objectives.

This study aims to give an overview of the financial statements, financial analysis and how to use financial indicators in assessing the financial performance of Group Saidal.

The results of the study concluded that the Group Saidal in a good from a financial position, to its ability to meet its obligations and repay its debt, generate profits and liquidity and ensure the distribution of profits to stockholders.
