The paper is an attempt to study the Japanese economy during the American occupation 1945-1954.

The hypothesis of the paper is that the Japanese could implement the transformation by harmony with American arrangements.

The Japanese government during the period achieved some success in this respect to be the background for the so-called the "Japanese Miracle" during the independent period after 1952.
